In founding Rhoma Young & Associates, Rhoma builds on years of hands-on practical experience and leadership. She brings a no-nonsense approach to management and HR decision making in planning and problem prevention and resolution strategies, in employee/labor relations, workforce reductions, managing and evaluating employee performance and labor market forecasting.

Theresa Phillips has over 20 years experience in multiple areas of human resources including performance management, coaching, training, and has served as the Lead Investigator in over 700 investigations. Theresa has worked in both the high tech and healthcare industries.

Jen’s a very effective expert in the compliance and strategic aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion. She’s skilled and knowledgeable in defining and measuring diversity people and processes and applying the findings strategically.

Dan (dk) Kuang, Ph.D. is an expert in applied statistics, quantitative methods, and people analytics. In the EEO context. Dr. Kuang specializes in investigating complex EEO matters (e.g., pay discrimination, adverse impact, steering) through data analytics and advanced quantitative methods.

Mariam Whitten has more than 25 years of management experience. Starting in retail and soon moving to the world of art and antiques at Butterfield and Butterfield Auctioneers and Appraisers in San Francisco where, through three promotions, she rose from Front Desk Manager to Vice President of Operations and successfully helped support the staff through two ownership changes. Mariam knows how to ask probing questions and to delve into unexplained territory and listen…very carefully.
